@NobleONe I been on semax and selank for 6-7 month now. First 10mg vial was subq at 1mg per dose. The rest were favored intranasal. I had a few weeks off here and there. So no protocol. Just tuning as a go. I have ran my share pharmaceutical nootropics for years. Now they siton the very back of my suppliments shelves. These are probably reprogramming my psychonaut and sum days. These peps are more present, grounded and down to earth without an after taste. It is so underrated. It is a great substrate but up to you what you want to grow. Oh it will grow. Just dont grow stupid.lol

I have them separate but do start my mornings with both. I have occationally add an extra spray with one of them or both depending on my days agenda. I recently added adamax with a longer half life. With this one I only use once a day so I spray the others around it.

@EXTROPIAN Just comparing notes. But you start at 200/250mcg for each then adjust based on need?
Do you actually toss your sprays after 30 days or 60 or anything?
I've been really digging 200/250 selank/semax respectively. If I go any higher I get a little anxious regarding the days to-do list.

@NobleONe The sprays arent that accurate so ruffly around 250mcgs per dose and who knows how much was absorbs by the nasal membrane. Bioabilibility seems better than subq and you get more dosages cosidering it is around 250mcgs.I prime by clearing out the nose and making sure my sprayer creates a nice mist.
No, the spray are reusable. I do my best to clean them with a final flush of saline.
