I was reconstituting Reta and when I started putting bac water in there was no vacuum it didn’t suck it in like it usually does should I throw it out or is it ok

Does it bleed air when you add a little pressure? If its sealed and holds some positive air pressure the lack of vacuum wouldn't concern me. It happens.

Yeah it push back out just didn’t draw in
