Cartiflex blend ?

I bought this from flawless and now I’m not sure why. I thought it sounded plausible for research but cannot find a shred of info on where to start.

Any insight would be appreciated!!

Some people swear this combo helps. Others get zero from it. If you've already ordered it might as well give it a whirl
