Question for the pen clan. What do you do if you have a dosage that's over 60 units (or 80 for V1 users)? Let's say 100 units. Jab twice or just stick to the archaic, uncool syringe.

A syringe. You'll be going through vials so quick it doesn't make sense to me to even use a pen.

Yeah, I had realized that. Pens are still the new "hotness" for me so I'm okay with the number of cartridges I would go through.

Even with that if you are doing 60+ units the lump you get under the skin from the short pen needs is going to be pretty large compared to using a .75 or 1" needle to get it deeper.

You do you man but putting .5ml or more just barely under the skin doesn't sound ideal to me.

@derekg1 use an 8mm needle, or don't push so fast.

I've tried man. Even with the longest 29g needle I can find and doing a 1-2 count between clicks, much over 30u/.3ml leaves bigger lumps than I like to deal with unless I do the glutes.

@Nuncles Pin it twice by splitting the dose in half?

But generally the say pin volume is best to be under 60 units. That's also why you see all branded GLPs coming in 50 unit per doses.

There's something about skin/body tolerance. An LLM app told me something I don't remember.

Yeah, I missed the demo because I was watching Randy play some awesome guitar. Your spread needs your black pen and Black Sabbath album cover to go with those black gloves.
