@F5088 have you looked into the Swedish flower pollen (rye grass pollen) supplement? That brought my PSA score down in two weeks and markedly improved flow. That stuff freaked me out how fast it worked.
Has some good studies behind it too.
Ive got the testagen and prostamax but literally have not felt the need to use them.

@Shaqdiesel Swedish flower (rye grass) pollen is legit, it's one of only two prostate supplements that have a positive research result out of the whole market. Just get a quality standardized extract.

Maybe to reinforce the efficacyof this Swedish flower pollen, when I purchased this, I did a bunch of research and found that pygeum was also recommended alongside Swedish flower pawn. I bought both and was trying both initially and they worked fine but then I switched over to Swedish flower pollen because it was working pretty good.
Well, last week I stopped Swedish flour and just tried the pygeum by itself and it’s just not work as good as the other stuff does. So that’s why Swedish flower pollen gets my recommendation.

Week 10 and I'm noticing an improvement with prostamax.
Taking 3 mg a day for about 10 weeks I can make it through the night and am not forced to get up as soon as I wake up in the morning.
I first noticed the improvement about week 8, but it is really obvious now at week 10.

Where did you find the protocol for 3mg per day?
That is daily for 10 weeks?!?!?!?@Stan-Douglas It won't kill you for sure, won't hurt either. The Russian patent calls max dose as 0.1mg/kg (standardly for the most of bioregulators), but based on the rodent study a human equivalent would be around 0.3mg a day for 200lb person. More of it just may have a lesser additional benefit, but who can tell?

The Russian predecessor (Prostatilen/prostate cytomedin complex, used clinically in Russia for chronic prostatitis and benign hyperplasia) was dosed around 5–10 mg IM daily for ~10 days(up to 20) 1–2 courses a year
