I have a question for Glacier Aminos, or anyone else having Reta shipped from Glacier. My package arrived today, and and was brought into the house no more than 30 min from drop off by Fedex. The package and interior vials weren't warm, but weren't cold by any stretch. I immediately put them in the freezer, is this a problem? I dont know how long they weren't cold, and there was no cold pouch in the package. Any potential issues with its usage? Thank you. I look forward to using your product if all is good.

Should be fine, did you add desiccant packets?

You should not apply the rules of storage and in-transit temps to lyophilized peptides that you may have learned from liquids.

Unsolicited advice — you need to spend a lot more time in learning about RUO peps before jumping into buying and researching anything.
