Something I found is that Reta works far slower initially than Tirz or Sem. I found for me, Reta didn't really work at all. 3 different vendors. However Tirz worked perfectly. However for my mom, the Reta worked just fine. (to be fair shes diabetic)... she got the same batch I did. There are a couple of doctors on youtube who explain why this happens.

Reta gets all the hype because its new. Influencers who need to go from 14% to 10% body fat sing its praises assuming its the best because chat gpt told them about a study.

Reta is great. Tirz is the goat.
