What peptides are best reconstituted with Acetic Acid and possibly why certain peptides require Acetic Acid.

A lot of people argue AOD needs it (it doesnt). I have a kit of acetic acid and its been in a drawer for two years.

I just learned that Kisspeptin-10 needs acetic acid.

@MacLeeezy I am using Kisspepin with just BAC is that wrong? It’s clear when reconstituted.

Over time I’ve learned that properly manufactured peptides should be made with the appropriate buffers so that only sterile water or bac water is needed. If acetic or bps is needed there’s an issue with the manufacturing process. It should never be needed but batches exist and require it.

I got some from mile high and recon’d with hospira bac. It gelled immediately. First time I’ve ever seen this happen. On their website (and in an email to me)they say to reconstitute with acetic acid with that one or you’ll ruin the vial. After a deeper dive it seems to be a common issue with a lot of kisspeptin users but not necessarily all of them.

@MyB the claim is that kisspeptin10 is hydrophobic and thus cannot be reconstituted with BAC

@Stevepep I’d think you are good to go if it’s clear after recon. I had no such luck with a batch from mile high

Hadn’t looked into this pep before. Didn’t know lyophilized hydrophobic peptides were a thing.

@MyB for science, and also because I hadn’t learned my lesson, I recon’d kisspeptin10 from penguin with the same exact batch of hospira and it mixed perfectly with no gelling or issues.

I bought some [Amazon] for when I begin my IGF-1 LR3 months from now. Guess I'm supposed to dissolve it with 10iUs first then add the remaining recon of BW.

I've read that AOD needs it as well. I did have problems with it gelling when I used BW only but I did refrigerate it after reconing.
I found palming it after it had gelled warmed it enough to liquefy it again.
I only did 2 or 3 vials and when you're doing that, Mots and Tirz... who knows what is melting the fat?
