@eleanor yes hospira only comes in 30ml plastic. The metal collar will also have to tiny QR code laser etched into it to very it’s the real deal.
-
@eleanor i haven’t used it yet, but I’ve heard good things so hopefully it goes well. Their payment method still down

@WisGal64 @eleanor For what it’s worth, Lambda BAC is all I’ve researched with since starting this journey back in January (bought several vials from Amazon) and it has been perfect with no issues at all!
Not to be a party pooper, but all these vendors use deionized water as the base before mixing benzyl alcohol. That's not correct medium for pin-research.
It has to sterile water which is different from deionized water.

@pep_researcher That’s great to know. Thanks! I’m relatively new to the research and still trying to educate myself. Very overwhelming at times.
Based on what I’ve learned here, I ordered a case of Hospira BAC from Consumer’s Choice over a month ago. Unfortunately they are saying I won’t get it for 3-4 months from date of order
. Hoping once I get it I’ll be good for a while. -
Rumors that Pfizer is auditing vendors of Hospira, which explains its shortage. Per a vendor post

What a stupid thing to do for Pfizer. Their product has such a huge off label market that's cutting into their competitors' profits (although that's an overstatement). They should in fact start selling it on Amazon through authorized storefront.

This sounds like a conspiracy theory though. Saw it on Reddit too. BAC is not a controlled substance for Pfizer to care. It's freaking sterile water with tiny bit benzyl alcohol

This was the price and shipping for me in March.

That is what I paid for the last 2 cases I bought from them last month. Now it cost me $310.. oh well, at least it is coming.
And another note, I ordered it from them today amd got a tracking number today… -
@pep_researcher I couldn’t agree more, but they are probably getting pressure from regulators, and a lot of the talking heads benefit from keeping the peptide community in a constant state of panic so we’ll buy from them for 10x normal market.
Like I have mentioned elsewhere, I live in a state that restricts shipment of ‘diabetic supplies’ so I can only buy from vendors with a doctor’s letter or prescription and Amazon will only ship some syringes and needles to me(the ones that are stupid marked up). Meanwhile, I can go downtown and get free needles to shoot up. I wonder if they care if I am using the needles for heroin or CJC/Ipa…

@ResearchCat All these feel more like conspiracy theories spread by RUO vendors to force people to buy their $30 H BAC.
Consider the series of events which will explain the shortage - FDA sent warning letters to some RUO vendors and shutdown GLP production of two nationwide 503Bs. That caused panic buys in both the communities. H BAC went in shortage due to panic buys and hoarding. It happened last year too. It will take some time for Pfizer to restock the market.
Every time vendors float around such conspiracies to drive their sales and profits. We gotta recognize who's calling wolf every time.

I think it was more of when Amazon took all BAC water off US amazon that the panic started…
@Commander Yes forgot that.
I've no doubt those sellers will creep back in a few months.
This is a typical Tom and Jerry chase. Tom never won the chase.
Jerry is such a fitting term though, for all of us rats.

I panic bought 30 vials when that happened. I would have bought more but expiration dates and whatnot....
Looking at today's prices I made off like a bandit.
