Anyone have an idea where to start with dosage ?

I apologize in advance if this picture breaks a rule but I don’t know any better way to say what it is.

I bought this from flawless and now I’m not sure why. I thought it sounded plausible for research but cannot find a shred of info on where to start.

Any insight would be appreciated!!
