Protocol selection guide:
Daily Standard — the most commonly cited protocol in peptide research literature. BPC-157 administered daily at 250mcg; TB-500 administered twice weekly at 2.5mg. A 5mg+5mg blend vial provides approximately 20 BPC-157 doses and 2 TB-500 doses.
Research Intensive — for protocols requiring higher BPC-157 exposure. BPC-157 administered twice daily at 500mcg. Requires a 10mg BPC-157 component to match the TB-500 dosing schedule (10 doses of BPC-157 at 500mcg BID = 5 days of research).
Weekly Cycled — emphasizes TB-500's longer half-life (~72 hours) with once-weekly 5mg dosing, while maintaining daily BPC-157 at moderate levels.
