vpep but it's a 3ml cartridge? So 220 doesn't make sense -

So, I have a v2 peptide pen. The cartridge has 220 units listed. What does that mean? I reconstituted 10 mg of selank with 3 ml of bac water. Confused what the 220 units are - what measurement is that? How does it relate to the units on a syringe?
