Hi,
just used a 3ml syringe for first time when drawing bac water/reconstituting and when i inserted into the vial the plunger dropped expelling the bac into the vial at a way faster rate than i usually reconstitute.
A small amount of bubble appeared but dispersed almost immediately.
Sorry for the stupid question but is that why breathers are used, to reduce vacuum pressure? and would the rapid rate/bubbles affect the quality of my research results?
