@ResearchRoots I have used it in the past and I recently got me another 20mg vial that I’ve been dosing at 2mg 3x/week. I don’t notice anything in particular at all. I feel the same and sleep the same. I just take it with the hope that it is helping my mental health or just overall brain health. I wouldn’t know exactly how or what method there is to analyze it’s effects on me. But for me even if it’s just a placebo effect, that’s good enough for me. First world luxury in my opinion.
