If you want to know the quality of your peptides use Numega Resonance combined with Trustpointe, AFI or perhaps Vanguard or (BTlabs as they do structure). With Numega you will have an accurate Net Peptide Content (NPC) (combined with purity will give you a good estimate of potency), not an undefined quantity number that the ruo quality labs give out. Btw, NPC is peptide mass net of excipients, salts, solvents fillers etc.

StudzPeptides wants to upgrade testingI agree with what @studzpeptides is doing here for because "customers are always right" (not), but the buyer's side is silly. There is no batch control in grey, so you are trusting that the vials the vendor tested are from the same batch your vials are pulled from. If the vendor segregates/controls the batch, the vials picked for testing, what labels are applied to which vial and fulfillment, its just trust. Always has been. Grey is buy your own batch and pay for your own testing. Everything else is a dealer/user relationship.
