@randy - if I want to make a nasal spray of Selank that will administer 300mcg per spray, but my vials are 10mg each, I'd have to reconstitute 1ml of bac in each of the 3 vials and combine, correct? My lab rat is a big fan of Selank and has only used subq (3-4 weeks) with good results, but would like to compare the effects of delivering it through his little rat nose.

What is the better version to purchase... N-Acetyl Semax Amidate or just regular Semax? Thanks

ive sniffed both and didnt notice a difference. N-acetyl is supposed to be more stable/degrades slower.

@Tim-Cheese im assuming your sprayer gives out 10ish units. 3.2ml with 10mg gives 300mcg with one spray according to our fancy pants calculator https://peptidecritic.com/tools/peptide-calculator

@Randy I just reconstituted 10mg Selank with 1 ml bac water and 5 ml saline and the calculator calls for 15 units for a 250mcg. My understanding is 1 pump delivers 10 units so not sure how to do a 1/2 spray. Go low with 1 then to 2 is my plan or try a half? 😕

its 10/15 units. This isnt the most accurate method so one spray is fine. So is two. Absorption is based on technique and your rats nasal health.

What about Adamax? I’ve been doing a lot of research and it looks great for focus brain fog etc?

I have a relative who is dealing with brain fog and other minor stroke cognitive issues. I just started him on 250mcg of Semax every day and am looking for any advice or recommendations.
What other peptides are out there? I’ve seen Dihexa but don’t k ow much about it.

@Bl8kStr I have been researching for a stroke (basal ganglia) research subject since last October. My subject has cognitive & speech issues, and extreme mood shifts. Most noticeable results with improvement in cognition, communication & mood so far have been from a daily regimen of VIP , PE-22-28 and Pinealon.

We have also done several cycles of KLOW & SS-31 for overall healing and mitochondrial benefits.

@Randy We started with PE-22-28 at 250 mcg subQ once a day for a week then increased to 500mcg once a day (mornings). Cycle 6 weeks on - 1 week off.

I was reading in the Cerebro-something or other thread about hair loss associated with Semax use. That is the first time I have ever heard about that side effect. So I went down a rabbit hole and all I see is a lot of reddit anecdotes indicating that you’re an idiot if you don’t know Semax makes your hair fall out, and one article indicating that none of the human research done on Semax reports hair loss as a side effect. There was one study indicating BDNF may increase hair loss for those predisposed to hair loss.

                                Is this a thing?

Also, am looking for Dihexa. It seems to have limited availability from vendors on this site. Is there a preferred source? I have been on the Nexaph wait list for a while.
