Hello. My V2 came yesterday and I loaded up my peptide, watching the videos. I got the air out of the canister, because a bit of my peptide ejected after about 5 times of pushing it. Put it in the fridge and grabbed it this morning. I removed the cap and inserted the needle, but it wouldn't press. I twisted the dosage back to zero, put it back on 12, it won't push. I took it apart, put it back together and tried again. Nothing. Is there something I am doing wrong or is my pen not working?

I’d try a new needle and make sure it is threaded correctly. Let the pen warm up to room temperature. Then try again. It (the cartridge) might be stuck or hard to push. I recently had a similar situation where it was hard to get the plug moving, but once it started, it was okay. Maybe load another cart with bac water and try that to confirm it is the cartridge and not the pen.

@jackiesoperwatson if theyre left sitting the cart can have the stopper bind. Especially if its crooked. Bad purging techniques usually cause this.

You can push air in with a diabetic syringe to "recenter" it

This morning I let it sit out as I sipped my coffee and then I changed the needle. It worked! Thank you.

The needle is so much better than the disposable insulin ones, I couldn't feel it! I was a bit worried to push the button, that it might just be on the outside of my skin! LOL
