@diegoc that's a lot of money. At least get a 15% off code (like GOOGLE15) and get a pack which is cheaper. Also, I don't know how fast Klotho levels are changing. They suggest to retest in 3-6 months, but it is unclear what they are basing on.

    attentiion is all you need

@diegoc I did just one dose and I'm still alive. LOL.

The rat's been doing the Alpha-KlothoLR 10 mcg q 2 weeks, FLGR-242 2.5 mg biweekly (i.e., 5 mg/week), and one dose of Cell Factors (full vial) since 7/08/2026.

Did TruDiagnostic TruAge baselines and multiple DEXA scans, $$$ blood work, but this may be useless to gauge the effectiveness of specific compounds, since I cycled bioregulators, mitochondrial peptides, GH secretagogues, senolytics, not to mention HRT, PCSK9 inhibitor, and a triple receptor agonist GLP-1.

        Change after 20 weeks

        TOTAL WEIGHT CHANGE: +3.2 lbs
        BODY FAT: -5.0 lbs 😄
LEAN BODY MASS: +8.1 lbs 😀💪
        VISCERAL FAT: -0.65 lbs 😊

LOL!! Another lost brother/sister from a different mother...haha. Respect your style! True researcher!

Just got back my 6 week labs, everything hunky-dory in spite of me researching TRT++ Got my ferritin from dismal 20 up to 84 in one month, oysters/octopus FTW. Man do I feel the difference.

Shout out to Bempedoic Acid, Ezetimibe, Telmisartan as supporting actors. My NMR lipid panel and triglycerides look great vs not (arguably, I'm carnivore so LMHR) great 6 months ago. I've also adjusted TB4 (full chain TB500) protocol to 5mg EOD up from twice per week to theoretically complement the FLGR.

I've increased my Klotho to one vial per 10 days from 13/14 days, and will see effect if any on Cystatin C and eGFR in 5 weeks. After that test I'm adjusting to every 8 days and test again.

          Feeling great!

Fun to see others reports on the intelligent research journey!

Oh yeah- I am also going to do another course of "high" dose SS-31, 55-60mg daily for approx 60 days. After the first week I want to try 110-120mg daily and consider the subjective effects. For the sake of research 🙂

                Anyone taking IGF-1 LR3 alongside FLGR242?

I'm about to start my FLGR242 next week and wondering if I should stack with IGF-1 LR3? Any suggestions?

Also thank you for whoever posted about the Slim Assist. I ended up ordering 10 of the 2pack and got 15 of the 2 pack for free for a total of 50 vials of 2mg FLGR242 for $860. Considerably cheaper than the 5mg vials of FLGR242 I had just purchased last month. So I will use up the Slim Assist first taking 1 vial a week (2mg FLGR242) instead of the 2.5mg once a week I initially was going to do.

I have all the supplies for a 4-6 week cycle if IGF-LR3 and Peg-MGF while I take a break from FLGR. Now they start talking about the BioIGF coming soon. Jeez. So many decisions!

So tried to download and pin the FLGR cheat sheet (PDF) which is behind the subscription to Jay's FOH community. File size is too large. Plus it's kinda proprietary so maybe for the best. So I'm gonna do this the old fashioned way and type it.
Men's Cycle: Run continuously for up to 36 weeks (3 phases) then 6-12 weeks off to reset
Weeks 1-12 2.5mg/week or 5mg every two weeks
                        Weeks 13-24. 5.0 mg weekly split- 2.5mg Tuesday + 2.5mg Friday
                        Optional Weeks 25-36 10mg/week(max)
*** implies this is for folks making gains for show prep, cover shoots, etc.
There's also a women's cycle which is essentially half of everything above.
Now the way actual users are handling dosing is all over the place. Some daily, some 2-3 times a week, weekly, etc.

@Stones67 Does he recommend doses of flgr242 for preserving muscles on reta or tirz? Heard that somewhere in this podcast, wasn't interested then but cant find now.

Is anybody researching with reta+flgr242 for significant weight loss and muscle retention without the gym?

I came across a test for Klotho levels. If anyone is curious enough to spend $500 on 2 tests, before and after.
Or it can be a way to save money, if the 1st test shows your levels are good enough.

@vpeptides - thanks for that link! I’m just starting with BLL’s Klotho, after playing around with Bucky Klotho last year. I did not know there were reliable tests for it yet. I wish I’d gotten a baseline on myself and my dad (who’s only taken a few BLL doses).
                            I appreciate the link!

Im gonna dabble. Got 12 vials of slim assist. Im 43, went from 245 ---> 165 pounds, im on trt, reta, tesa/ipa. Diet game is locked and I am religious with gym attendance, also play beer league hockey2 days a week. I added a + to my trt and instantly sent my liver enzymes into a tizzy fit lol so, for $250 I figured this is worth a trial.

That should be enough to get some veins popping. Its what most of us noticed first.

@Stones67 oh ya, im here for it, and honestly.. they kind of are already, my test subject will be my rats delts that are showing vascularity under pump. Also a little bit of that notoriously stubborn midsection chub that wont go down without a fight. Ill take any meaningful result as a win.

Got it! Great starting point. So that vein running horizontally across your right bicep should become more prominent and maybe a few in the forearm. I personally like the aesthetic but the wife remains noncommittal! I also think it helps a bit in the midsection and love handle area, at least on me. Enjoy the trial. Minor warning- the albumin binder can cause a little burning, itching, and maybe even a small bump the first few injections. This has resolved for most folks over time.
