Any fans of Josh Holyfield and his ZestyRat brand?

Yeah he evidently got butt hurt by a reply I made to someone inquiring about what and where he could get glutathione transport BAC water, on his Skool community. Which by the way, I met and talked to some great folks there. But I don't post any links all I said was to do a google search for it and look for "NA" which we know is Nexus Aminos. Well that got me banned from his Skool community. I mean really? He doesn't even sell GTB to begin with.
@mrjoshua44 I know someone else who was a critical voice on Josh's forum who got kicked out.

Some of these Skool groups are like kindergarten classes. The admins are worshipped like Gods and they don't allow any critical discussion of labs, their affiliate vendors, or themselves.
I was active on Derek's forum until some time back when he put his classroom behind paywall and started dumping AI generated posts round the clock along with his co-admin, suppressed any discussion of testing lab chaos, especially Kovera and ILS that almost every vendor on his site jumped to.
That's when I started reading more here and found much better topics than round the clock AI dumps from admins.

I realize exactly what this is, and im saying I struck a nerve apparently so I retreat. Im gonna move on to other things. All good. Anyone have anything good to say about injectable glutathione? Im on the mitochondrial kick now. Researching NAD and mots c, thinking about adding GSH.
@stevencarter Don’t take it personally, seriously. It’s perfectly fine if you like the guy and his community. People have strong opinions and that’s okay.
@mrjoshua44 If you so much as mention that sites other than zestyrat exist, even if it is for something he doesn’t sell, you’re gone.
-
is it free?
@randy Yes it's free. I'm there but I rarely check it or comment on anything. So I'm still there.

My counterpoint to what some people have posted, including myself, is that my peptide bestie is still there and Josh has spent a fair amount of time answering specific protocol and health questions, as well as making recommendations for what might or might not be useful for his GF, who has numerous health problems. But that friend almost never posts except to ask questions about protocols.
You just have to tread carefully because any mis-steps will get you banned without explanation, and that kind of sucks. And if people start coming to you as an expert in the space, you’re definitely catching the hammer.
I’d probably still be on there if I hadn’t gotten banned 3 days after joining.

@ResearchCat Still think it's stupid though, never mentioned the actual name of the site too. I spoke with someone close to Josh that I keep in touch with on FB messenger told him what happened and he didn't think I did anything wrong. But no hard feelings, just hate that I lost contact with some of those guys that really helped me through my journey so far. I'm also too old to deal with petty crap like that, so no skin off my back.

This is a little mind boggling other than this guy saying he is an expert and the biggest expert in the space according to him and only him what credentials does he have that give him this mantle? Is it, if he says it enough people will believe it? If I only knew this was a thing I would be rich. Once someone makes a case for why there should be no COA's and then in the next breath says every peptide comes from China they have lost any semblance of credibility. Bye and good riddance to this AI generated, bad advice giving trash. Guys like this will ruin it for the rest of us.

This guy, who is just a body builder YouTube guy, is giving advice to someone with numerous health issues. Like WTF I don't know what's worse him or the person taking this advice.

@stevencarter Quite frankly, if you came in here and disagreed with Randy he wouldn't outright ban you, and his environment here is far more welcoming and way less dictatorial. We're all adults in this space and don't need to be talked to like disobedient children because we all know how to be respectful and follow guidelines. Everyone there is scared of the dude because he has cultivated a presence that drips with arrogance and anger, which rewards any dissent with a ban. He absolutely reads from a prompt for every one of his videos, as is evident by watching his eyes move as he talks and his jump cuts for when he presumably screws up, or needs to find his place. I'm not saying there isn't valuable information there but the messenger, in his case, is an arsehole. I am happy for you if you gain something from that community, but I will not cower before some guy because his roid rage is guiding his thinking. Sorry for the rant, but I absolutely despise him and do not judge you in any way for using a resource that you find helpful.
Canineriot I agree with you buddy. Im saying Randy has the right to boot me though. Im glad he doesnt. I like it here. I understand why you and sevaral people are upset though.

@ResearchCat i dont even order from zestyrat, everyone who knows me on here knows im a nexaph guy. But why are you trying to restrict what i can talk about? Im sure you are joking or whatever, but i would never tell you that you cant say anything. Im good on the josh holyfield talk though. Lets move on. Yall win and ill leave josh out of it.
-
@stevencarter I am not telling you what you can or can’t talk about, and I apologize if it came across like I was suggesting as much. I was honestly responding to you and telling you not to take it personally that a lot of people disagreed with you. One of the great things about this community is that we can agree or disagree vehemently and at length, and as long as it’s done respectfully, it’s fine.
It’s not a secret at this point that many peptide influencers are polarizing, and not without good reason. For my part, i am here to learn what I can from other people and share knowledge. And if folks want to chat, rant, or ramble on various subjects, that can be fun too.

If I wanted to bash someone poor info and with a skool community that shills their product there is a duo that sounds like sub average intelligence valley girls we can talk about?
I find Josh's skool page useful, I am sure a lot of data is coming thru an AI but are we going to say only original researchers can speak to things? Josh also posts what compounds he uses and seems honest about it. He isn't claiming to just eat liver.......
I haven't bought anything from him the supplements are just branded to make a buck, his pre workout is maybe the most compelling almost unique item but I am trying to reduce caffeine and like Echelon for the caffeine I do drink.
I see him as a better than average "content creator" in the peptide space but don't place blind faith.
I got booted from another skool community recently and have no idea what I said to cause it. Only moderation I have received on Josh's page was when I was specific about a supplement and store I get it from, they are open about not allowing that I thought the grocery store example I was using was common enough they wouldn't care but a couple days later I got notice it was deleted. I just shrugged it off, been on the Internet a couple decades, deleting a Sam's club reference I make doesn't hurt my feelings. -

Gave no business name. Next thing I know, I'm banned.

@mrjoshua44 G00gle seems to be a taboo site that should not be named. I was just banned today here (temporarily) because I suggested to use G**gle for a trivial question somebody asked.

@mrjoshua44 how long ago? Wonder if they got too heavy handed and then dialed back? I only joined in spring this year.

This is the thread that just wont die.

I got banned from the ladies site this spring, the first day that he added a moderator, lol. A gal NEEDED a bottle of BAC water no later than the next day. She said that josh couldn’t get it to her, so she said she was going to order from Amazon. I told her that if she DID order from Amazon, to get Lambda from them, because it tested good. Went back a few hours later and i was banned.

@Mydogdaryl423, I banned myself from his misinformation

@b0bb I had been with his Skool community since January, and got banned maybe a couple weeks ago.

I have no hate for the guy at all. He reads great Ai scripts and has figured out a way to sell $10 bottles of peptides for $100 so more power to him. He also put up some GH for sale with with a COA that didn't match it. He is great for noobs and guys that never want to research. Personally if I want kits ill go to Nexaph or Heliabiochem
Personally I draw the line at taking too much advice from people with face tattoos.
I like the following:
Dr Kevin Joseph, DO
Dr Alex Tatem, MD
Dr Amin Hedayat (excellent), PHD, MD
Dr Brad Stanfield, MD
Jacob Nachinson (gymbro)
Nick Trigili (gymbro but BB pro)
Hunter Williams

I finally figured out (I think) why I got banned from his Skool. Someone asked about counting collagen as a protein. I said I take one that has L-tryptophan included so I count it as a complete protein (and it says it is on the label). Logged in 2 hours later and was banned. No warning nor explanation. I didn't say "buy from me" or post a link and, in fact, that product I was talking about doesn't even have an affiliate program. I reached out through the welcome message and no response.
