I'll give it a try, thanks

Can anyone point me to more info on this? I am interested in researching it for back pain related to spinal fusion/stenosis and ghost pain(the rat would disagree) related to gall bladder removal.

Am looking through Youtube and other sites but info seems limited and anecdotal.

Most things in this space are limited and anecdotal. I react badly to lost of things and this is one ive had no ISR, itching or sleep disruptions with. It actually helped with a lifelong neuropathic itch i had...and by helped i mean its gone.

Most of the studies are on small fiber neuropathy https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24555851/

Thanks Randy. I’ll do some more research, but at this point, I think it’s probably worth trying.

@researchcat i ran ARA for 30 days @ 2mg in my rat that has a spinal injury from impingement. Neuro pain in rear legs and feet gone, with signs of improved circulation. Inflammation significantly reduced. Only moderate pain reduction at the injury site, but was able to cut pain medications to half of previous dosage due to reduction in inflammation.
Like Randy, no ISR of any shape or form. Was fine to use before sleep. On days where my rat fasted for three hours before the shot, then slept, it showed better outcomes the following day.
My rat is looking forward to the next research cycle.

@MyB thanks! I really appreciate it. My bride’s rat has had consistent pain even after surgery - it’s better, but still persistent, and definitely affects quality of life. Multiple doctors’ visits and a couple of scans haven’t found a cause. It seems like it is worth a shot. (I got jokes!)

@MyB I hadn't thought about researching with it fasted. I'm going to give that a go

Just ordered a kit from Nexaph. Will put together a research protocol for my bride’s rat and let you all know how it works out.

@ResearchCat I've been eyeing up their ARA, it's one of the better prices I've seen. This is definitely a staple in my research, it's working so well

@WisGal64 if you don’t mind my asking, what are you using it for, and/or what is your dosing protocol? From what I have seen, 2mg/day for a month is a common one. As mentioned above, my bride’s rat has back pain and other post-surgical discomfort.

@ResearchCat My lab rat had been in a constant flare since December, to the point it was causing a lot of nerve pain in hands and feet. KPV didn't do anything for the inflammation, but the ARA not only helped with the inflammation but also the zingers in hands and feet have lessened by 75%.

Dosing is 2mg a day, going into week 4, plan to follow same schedule for 2 add'l months. From the literature I've read, 28 day mark is the sweet spot for most researchers, but for some with autoimmune that's just a warm up, which made my decision to continue the project for 3 months.

You may be interested in cartalax in the bioregulator category.

@Randy I second this suggestion! Cartalax has helped my neck and back issues immensely. I had C4,5,6 fused in my neck over 10 years ago and now the vertabrae above and below are wearing out due to the added stress of compensating for the fusion. After about 3 weeks of Cartalax, pain level is 80-90%less

Much appreciated. I will plan the first month and see how that goes.

I have a monkey in my lab who has old rotator cuff injuries, had surgery years ago, started having a lot of pain, couldn't raise arms above head without extreme pain. Began researching cartalax a month ago along with BP and TB. Fast forward to today, pain has lessened a good 50+% that's good progress!
