Have you tried it on your rats?

Yes it worked fine for me but it’s different for everyone. I just cycled off for a month and liked it a lot. I titrated up to 6mg 3x per week for 6 weeks. I have seen people have no reaction when they start and wake up with red blotches all over due to a histamine reaction. It builds up in your body over time. I was getting an itchy red area but then I switched to Hospira NACL Bac and it stopped. That’s just me though. We all react differently. So go slow

@Stevepep I'm going to try the NaCl BAC on my next vial just to see how it is. I don't get much for ISRs but a small lump and itch with SS-31, MOTs and 5Amino.

@Stevepep Same for me. Im currently at 3mg x3 per week with great results and it gives me awesome energy. I can’t imagine 6mg.

Ive always used NACL for it and have had zero issues at all, no ISR or stinging whatsoever.

5mgs 3x a week for me but I am always concerned that the allergic reaction could kick in at any moment. Definitely a start really low and go slow until you are sure your body does okay with it.

Edit: Not a bad idea to have an EPI pen or 2 handy in case of an emergency with this pepper.

Where to get it without prescription?

@mmp Just tell your doc you ate something that gave you a scare. Or a bee stung you and you swelled up a lot and want to have a couple just in case.

I just finished a MotsC cycle and didn’t really notice anything at 10mg MWF. Doesn’t mean it didn’t ng work, but I certainly didn’t feel it. Just switched over to ATX-304 as many believe it to be superior to motsc and is one less poke due to it being in pill form. We shall see!

@Shaqdiesel I am not sure if it is ok for 5 Amino. It is for SS31 and MOTSC and I use it for buffered NAD as well

I’ve seen one article cautioning it’s use for anyone with MTHFR and/or issue with their methylation cycle.

I have MTHFR and take 1mg/d with NAD+buff. I do take extra B with it and only problem is it keeps me from sleeping well. After this vial is done, the remainder goes into the freezer.

Mixes very well with NaCl BAC.

@Stevepep My HVY 5Amino came premixed so I am only using on the MOTS and SS. I was just mentioning I do get a minor ISR with the 5Amino.

🐀 got two freaking kits because of the rave reviews about mitochondrial research and all. 🐀 felt nothing different.

Rat had one serious ISR that lasted a week when it tried on the low fatty portion of thigh which went IM and then it was horrible. Had to take some Benadryl to alleviate the intense itch.

Rat switched back to fatty site and now just been depleting the stock to get done with it.

Same experience with SS-31 and NAD precursors. Money down the drain for experiments with no meaningful outcomes.

@Stevepep Third category of 🐀 who just feel meh and feel like money, BAC, noodles, wipes down the drain because of no meaningful research outcome.

FWIW, the bump and itch can alleviate a lot if research site has enough pinch of fat and you apply cold pack immediately after pinning MOTS-C.

Took it for a few months and took a 2 week break for a trip. Even with maybe 25 percent left of a vial im probably not restarting just based on the fear of stopping and restarting. The weight loss from it wasnt worth the gamble. It wasn't significant for me. Could do slu915, atx304, aicar, or even bam15 and not have to worry.

I get almost nothing from motsc at 4-5mg. Still experimenting tho.

As for ss-31 it really only shines at the 20mg/day level. Below 10mg is a waste of time and money except for the titrate up to 10mg.

@ogsteve I can't wait to do my high mg protocol. 4mgs is all I've done for roughly 6 weeks or so. I have more 50mg kits on order so I can blitz high mgs to see what I get out of it.

Did your 🐀 actually see any weight loss from MOTS-C? Curious.

MOTS-C tried alone or with GLP was meh for my 🐀

What worked to break the stall for 🐀: Reta, Tesa, Wolverine, KPV, TA-1 (MOTS-C is there but doesn't deserve any credit).... AND paying a shit load of money to a special nutritionist (not through insurance) to tighten screws in rat's food.

FWIW 🐀 was not obese to begin with, but wanted to fix blood work.
