    Great job!

You knew the job was dangerous when you took it, Fred.

@beekind when I started this I was 387. I remember thinking how would a guy my size ever get to 185. Im now 198. First time in Onederland since I was maybe 15. Keep at it. Set achievable bench marks, goals and challenges along the way. And enjoy the process.

@Mydogdaryl423 Went from 400 down to 208 and now sitting anywhere from 210 to 213. And I have been here for quite some time. My goal was 190 but I should probably be even lower than that at only 6 feet tall. And I was right around 15 the last time I was under 2 bills as well.

@EXTROPIAN Definitely trying too. Didn't know I could have some under all the fat.

@BeeKind have to say I love seeing these posts. Keep it u up buddy. So great to see the progress people are making on here

One of these days we all need to meet up in San Fran and take @randy out for a kick ass dinner. He gets to choose the wine. It should be cheap we all won’t eat much. Especially on Elora. Talk about not being hungry

@Mydogdaryl423 Thank you! My goal is 120-130 lbs. I'm 5'1 so that's what is considered healthy for my height, which seems crazy in my mind. I wonder what I will look like when I get there. I think the last time I was in that weight range I was in middle school.

Interesting how most people think of their teen weight as their glory years. I wore long sleeves every summer because I was so embarrassed by how skinny I was. lol...When I was 20, a relative greeted me with an up and down look and just said, "finally."

What I do miss by being overweight is the flexibility. When you hit your mark, you are going to love that nimble feeling you thought just belonged to kids and athletes.

I started almost the same day as you. Although I've only been on 1mg of Reta per week. Our stats are similar too. I'm 6'2" and started at 227 lbs and I'm now down to 190 lbs. I actually stopped Reta 2 weeks ago (last dose taken) to see how I do without it since I don't really need to lose any more weight. So far so good.

It's easy to get discouraged when you don't see the scale move for a while. It's important to track your progress in many ways. This is a 10 week update since my last 10 week update making this my 5 month progress report.
Currently running Reta 3.5mg 1x a week alone.
I fed my measurements into chatgpt to make it clean and easy to read.

For the first time in my adult life (20 years) I am in ONEDERLAND! I made it before my birthday which was last Thursday and I'm just amazed at how well this stuff works.

@BeeKind So happy for you - Congratulations! It made me go back and look at my start date - 5 months yesterday. Just measured -44.6 pounds today, or -24.1%. I added 5Amino recently to break a 2 week stall. I'm not thin, but it's weird to no longer be fat πŸ™‚ I'll be seeing 4 of my kids over Thanksgiving for the first time since I started and my overall goal is -50 when they fetch me from the airport.

@BeeKind They know and laugh with me about me being my own science-fair project! And of course they see me over FT all the time. But it'll be fun in person.
