Janoshik said that, of approximately 30 eloralintide bridge NMR orders, only one customer had understood the purpose of the analysis. He also expressed the view that regular HPLC testing was sufficient, saying bridge defects would affect retention or molar mass, while referring to some unlikely exceptions.

@Stevepep I hear you. However, I asked Krause that same question and they wouldn’t do that. They are ordering the standards so they can test Eloralintide and Cartalax. Even though they could just “punch in” the mass and call it good. My point is this voodoo about some exotic bridge is just BS. If they have the standards the MS confirms the peptide….

@mikebricker In this case, it's Nexaph: they seem to always go above and beyond in setting the standards. Its why some people dropped $700 to try it (Ya me). You know you are getting 10 vials of what you ordered.

I just ordered one 10mg vial from GLOW Aminos and with all the discounts about same price as 1/10 box from Nexaph. If I like it I’ll probably swap out the Tirz from my Reta/Tirz stack…. A quad agonist…. 😉

@mmp i did not ask for a coa. Dumb, I know but my risk tolerance is more than my intelligence most of the time (something I'm working on). I got a ghk-cu 50, and a pt-141 with a convi-pen which was on sale for $30 and some vial covers. Included was a free genetek ampule with the order. I'm sure if you want to reach out you could get coa's, I think they were going to be away for the weekend though. Oh you know, I remember that the labels had qr code probably for coa. I'll check and post back* ok looks like freedom coa for the ghk-cu 58mg (Changsha) and Jano coa for the pt-141 @ 11.6mg (PGB)

@Bullseye I did, the Chief Chemist at Krause. 😎
Vanguard verified Elora without the special test, and so does Freedom. In fact, I have a COA from Jano that verifies Elora without the exotic test. Can Jano do the test? Yup. Do they still verify if you don’t pay extra for the special test? Yup.

@mikebricker I would be interested to know if Krause has capability for NMR testing of the bridge. If not, that would make me very suspicious of their answer.

@JtCjEfF I would love to see Krause be on a level with Vanguard but when you charge $89 how the heck could you afford to buy all the necessary reference samples for $300,000 a year like Vanguard claims. There is a reason they are 3x the price imo. Their relationship with Finnrick is a massive turnoff as well. Janoshik just appears to be on on another level.

@JtCjEfF No, they don’t have the standards for Elora. They are on order. When they get them I’ll have a sample tested to verify ID by MS. Just like Janoshik, they also say this exotic bridge testing is not required.

@Stevepep IMHO they are right there with Vanguard. Just because they don’t extort researchers with exorbitant prices doesn’t mean they aren’t capable.

@mikebricker krause is notorious for fill numbers that vary wildly. You can usually expect them to come in under everyone else but its not consistent.

Send them the same batch 3 weeks apart. different result.

Let’s do a comparison. I do admit that Krause always seems to be a bit low on fill numbers, but for me after about 20 samples it’s been consistent.
