Reta almost out of system. Want to try Tesofensine. Any advice?
-
I have tried Tesofensine. I actually go down to about 250mg every other day. The insomnia hits pretty hard at 500mcg. Remember that it stays in your system for a long time, and builds up.
That being said, it works extremely well for appetite suppression and gives the exact same feel as the prescription Phentermine. I would call it a drop in replacement.
Watch out heart issues like, racing heart, AFIB, Arrhythmia, and an elevated Resting Heart Rate.

Probably a typo but you mean mCg not mg right?

The insomnia is no joke. It hit me hard. I also feel like I’m on a stimulant and almost like an anti-depressant (been down/depressed for awhile and feel okay/happy right now). Not sure I like this feeling at all. Doesn’t feel natural to me. The appetite suppressant has not kicked in yet.
@bullseye How long did it take for it to work for you?
@denti It worked rather quickly, like within a week. I felt the stimulate within a day.
I think the source and quality of the raws makes a big difference. I found it in capsules, because the pills I see have too big of a variance. I then weighed the capsules, found the lowest weight, and then removed powder from the capsules to match the lowest.
I feel really alert, and productive while on it. No brain fog, and my workouts are a bit better. We both know that's because of the stimulate.

I got my capsules (500mcg) from Peptidology. I am doing 500mcg every other day. What you describe of feeling really alert, etc is exactly how I feel. I wasn't able to go to sleep until 3:45am and woke up at 9am feeling like I am ready to do an iron man. Even sitting here now I feel like I do not need any sleep at all. Hoping the appetite suppressant kicks in soon. I guess I will try this for 30 days and then decide whether to continue or not.
My RHR is at 52 according to my whoop. My usual RHR is around 55-57. So just a slight drop. Will continue to monitor especially when I run and see how much more its elevated than usual.

Been titrating off Reta for past couple month. I have less than 1mg left in my system of Reta. I do want appetite suppressant and bought some Tesofensine to try out. Anyone else done the same? Should I wait till Reta is completely washed out of my system in a month, or do you think with less than 1mg left in me, it's fine to try Tesofensine?
@denti i would stick with glp esp tirz for food control. Alot more benefits on glp vs teso, or similiar pills, my clinic had other appetite supressants. But thats all it does, glp helps insulin, a1c, liver etc

@denti hi Matt 1 mg every four days of Reta and also taking tesofensine at 250mcg. Not sure its doing anything for my appetite tho. Might actually be making it worse.
Its a BLL bioflow blend. I don’t recommend BLL for really anything at this point.

I returned my Tesofensine back to Peptidology and will hop on elora instead. Another positive thing about Peptidology is that they have a return policy unlike a lot of other vendors who won’t accept any returns. Appreciate that I was able to get my money back as I did not the effects I was having on Tesofensine.

@mmp I purchased six different bio regulator Peptides from them and not one. Single. Vial. Could be reliably traced to a COA. The COAs they had posted on the website, went back several batches. Every single batch had the same exact cap in color, and the vials themselves had no lot number or tracking on the vials.
You might say well that’s not a big deal as long as the COA’s are good, but some of the COA’s had quantities 50% higher than the label and there was no way to tell what I actually had in the vial.
I actually had to email them and it took them about four or five days to get back with me and then another three days to get me a copy of COA that I could still not tie to the vials
So long and short of it is, I’ve been just as good going with gray market for 1/10 of the price. I don’t shop there because I want gray market. I shop there because I want the best of the best. They just fail to deliver that.
I bought other non-bio regulator compounds of them and none of them have actual lot numbers or tracking on the individual vials that would allow you Connect to a COA

@ogsteve I know it's a problem, but do you know a much better option with spotless COAs and good products? It's not a rhetorical question, I would love to find such a source.
In my experience, BLL products never had issues with reconstitution or strange side effects and they seem to work exactly as expected per labeled molecules. And I did experience the opposite picture with some other vendors that did track their COA to the exact batch tested at reputable labs, but had all those problems.
P.S. They are ridiculously expensive, especially the pills, but they run 50% sales all the time.
I like Peptidology for their quality and testing level, they are not cheap either and they don't have everything. -
