Yeah, but they said that in the last sale, too.

It's a great question! I do agree with @diegoc too much is probably not good.

HOWEVER, too low is most certainly a BIG problem, "therapeutic" phlebotomy caused me years of lack of stamina and suboptimal energy, and FLGR this year further drained my ferritin reserves as it let my muscle (re)growth run unchecked (a good thing).

So now I'm on to the hematocrit OMG IT WILL KILL YOU!! scam and gloriously let it run free as well. Pull the string if you want to really get pissed off.

Tangent mini-rant- if you are dealing with secondary erythrocytosis driven by exogenous testosterone, hematocrit is MEANINGLESS. Just like Estradiol level is MEANINGLESS. (pull the string) IGNORE. It's GOOD not bad.

Back to the question, on this I am quite comfortable to be in the Labcorp reference intervals. See attached.

The more you dig the more you discover so many so-called experts have no fucking clue what they are talking about. Recommendations based solely upon "Expert opinion" is utter BS. Be your own advocate and trust NO ONE unless claims are thoroughly vetted.

@PeptidePete Ferritin 30 - 400 ng/ml is quite a range to call both extremes normal. Your values around 90 look a lot healthier than 31 or 390 would.

Just got an email from biolongevity that said once they sell out of their remaining 700 vials, “slim assist” will be NO more…

If they want to sell out quicker let them know to run another 50% off and I will buy 200 of their vials 🙂

Looks like the buy 10 get 15 free is now gone 😕

Been checking every few days for a lower price to stock up more, but now getting a good deal again seems to be dead.

@denti I wouldn't worry about it if you need to run it but have some. Use what you have and wait for, you know, 50% sales on FLRG242. It's the holiday season coming.

I got 40 vials left but looking to step up to 2x a week now. Still gives me 5 months but I still like having a stock. Hopefully deal comes back again.

I've got like 26 2mg vials left. Honestly if this is it, im good with it. I've personally found them to be a ridiculously OP ancillary to some stronger stuff that I run, basically allowing me to dose that stuff lower and get an oversized effect out of it. Hopefully not a controversial take just what ive found has worked exceptionally well for me.

IMO, it’s always good to hear people’s real world experiences. I haven’t started using my stock of FLGR yet, but I am happy to see what others are doing and how it is working for them. I need to gain muscle mass. I’m starting to look like Ed Norton. (Without all the tats.)

If you ever want to get rid of them I’ll take them off your hands. Of course I would reimburse you for it.

@denti honestly not looking like its going anywhere but in my body lol my gains are surpassing what would be normal for my protocol. Im convinced combining it with aas exaggerates smaller doses into working like much larger ones would. So im getting all the good but with a very clean blood panel

                                10 mg/kg IV infusion every 4 weeks, over 60–120 minutes (max 150 mL/hour).
                                At 10 mg/kg, a 70 kg adult needs 700 mg — 4-5 vials.

In regards to the FLGR242, are you guys seeing any benefit of split dosing as opposed to one large weekly injection? I’m currently on the weekly but have been contemplating splitting it up a little when I titrate up once I hit week 9(ish)

@MacLeeezy My biggest concern is that with the SlimAssist version of FLGR-242, if say, I want to actually use 4 mg (2 doses) at once, I'd be doubling the amount of B-vitamin too. I should have asked Mike Farber if splitting the dose, say, would even make a difference. In other words, I wonder if the modified albumin binding would also extend the longevity of the Vitamin B too. I would think not, since that is comprised of different molecules.

@denti Even though B-Vitamins are water soluble, mega-doses can cause:

Vitamin B6 Toxicity - peripheral neuropathy
Vitamin B3 (niacin) -skin flushing. Liver toxicity in extreme amounts.
Vitamin B9 (folate) - can mask a vitamin B12 deficiency.

We're getting 1000 mcg of Vitamin B-Complex with two vials, but I'm not sure what the individual amounts of the B vitamins we are getting in that.

The epigenome is malleable. Squish responsibly.

I have avoided this thread since I joined 2 months ago because it was just So Much. But I just read the whole thing. WOW, I’m so invested in seeing you guys’s progress! This FLGR is fascinating! I have FOMO, but I’ll wait for the next sale. I need to up my lifting game more first. I have a trainer now, so accountability is a motivator. Lol. I love cardio and have hated lifting, but I need to put my big girl pants on and buckle down.
