The people that just sit on their ass and starve themselves of course are gonna get screwed. But i think if you approach this with the thought process of bettering your life as a whole. exercise, diet, proper sleep etc i feel like those longterm costs are almost negated if not zero'd entirely

ill tell you. There's a huge cost. I had to buy some new polar gear and wardrobe for daily life. Very expensive. Buy a pen.

@Randy thrift stores proved one of the most valuable things to me during this process. Main cost to me during weight loss was gaining a near perfect cholesterol panel, endless energy, marked increase in athleticism, and a touch of greatness.

@Mr-Smurf I avoid vintage stores lol it’s the stuff form the thrift stores but curated and at 10x the price.

I can’t imagine that whatever negative side effects he is talking about outweigh most of the benefits associated with living longer and having your comorbidities go away.

Accounting for all the negative stuff I have eliminated from my life, I am way ahead financially and personally vs where I was before. But like quicksilver says, I guess if all you do is sit on your ass and take GLP-1’s, well, you’re probably still better off.

I hate clickbait videos. They probably turn off more people they could help than convince people who don’t need them not to use them. Between ‘the DARK side of GLP-1’s’ and ‘The Truth about Statins’, I am blocking 5-10 channels a day.

Yeah, well, I’m just here for the research, man. - The Dude

If I haven’t liked your post, no offense. I have exceeded my daily allowance.

Froese & him were 2 of my favourite YouTube quacks but in the last month or so both of them are changing tracks a bit for some reason.

Ah, so it's not just me noticing it. Good to know.

Even without the comments I knew not to click.
