Nexaph - Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin purity
-
Looking to buy a kit of the Tesa/Ipa from Nexaph. I can see the quantity in the COA provided by Janoshik but there is nothing that shows the purity. Does anyone know those numbers? Also, would be first time ordering through them based on all the reviews I've read on this site. Is it necessary to send out for additional testing or can I rely on what has already been done? From what I've read most people are quite satisfied with the products they're providing. Thanks.

@Mocha Jansoshik provides content when there is more than one peptide blended. They say determining purity is not possible to a level of accuracy they are comfortable with. Other testing facilities provide that data, but not Janoshik. If you email Cain at Nexaph, he will refer you to the individual peptide COA's for verification of purity. Hope this helps.

I noticed Aavant's latest Tesa batch also sits at 97% purity, Janoshik COA.

I asked that question regarding the purity, the response was only glp peptides are +/- 99% purity. Not sure how that works but didn't instill a lot of confidence to me. Would love to know what a more seasoned researchers perspective
asked that question regarding the purity, the response was only glp peptides are +/- 99%
Asked whom and who said only GLPs get 99% purity?
That's not true at all. According to test results from Janoshik and other US labs like Vanguard, Trustpointe etc for other non GLP peps.

@pep_researcher nexaph when I questioned the coa purity, didn't keep the email as I was sort of turned off

@bmar , the email response was correct. Only NXP 1P, NXP 2P, and NXP 3P carry a 99% purity guarantee. All other products carry a 97% purity guarantee. See FAQ section on home page. @pep_researcher, i think the distinction here is guaranteed purity vs actual purity.

@icynemby I see. But is that FAQ recently added after the Tesa back to back batches test results or was it always there? Their recent KPV is sitting at sub 99 purity too.

97.98 average purity, I'd call that 98.
I have heard that Tesa, at 44 amino acids, is much more difficult to manufacture than the other GHRH analogs which are 29, and therefor results extra broken proteins which will affect the purity and make hitting 99%+ more difficult.
This leads to a potency issue. Now I certainly wouldn't want something in the 96% range or lower, a 97.98 average purity is probably on par with what everyone's been using this whole time, and those COAs claiming 99%+ were mostly doing less effective testing protocols.

@pep_researcher @icynemby It used to be 99 for GLP products and 98 for the other stuff they reduced the 98 to 97 recently due to Janoshik's latest results. Jano has updated its testing methodology with more recent 100pct reference standards so the results are extremely accurate. My guess is they have been off in the past by a small margin like 1pct. The standards have always been there for the GLP products but testing is improving on all the other peptides. This is my understanding from their telegram and I have asked the question.
Some of the labs have been heavily investing in reference standards I have posted this before. Vanguard has supposedly spent 150k over the last 6 months. Jano double that. The standards allow the lab to pinpoint the peptide and get accurate results without filtering

Bottom line the Tesa has probably always been 97pct but the testing showed 99. Vanguard and Jano for sure are going to show lower purity results on multiple non glp peptides than other labs
I also ordered the Tesa so I guess I will find out the hard research way

@Stevepep I see. I checked Peptidology Tesa as they are one of the very few remaining stateside resellers using Vanguard consistently. Their batches are showing 99% on Tesa.
Skye and Peptide Crafters used Janoshik consistently until a few months ago. But now they too have moved to new kids around the block.
