@eleanor, I have been on ghetto reta for 1 month. Agree that nxp Survo reconstituted beautifully. I started at 7.5 Tirz and .3 survo. Felt nothing, then titrated up to .6mg after 1 week. Still nothing. I have been stalled on Tirz for weeks at 7.5 and before I went up in Tirz dose I wanted to add Survo to see if it would break the stall. Currently on 5mg Tirz and 1mg Survo. Results 2 b determined as I've been on a cruise 4 the past 2 weeks. Can't say much about appetite suppression, because I have been eating, more so than at home :). The only side effects I'm noting is increased RHR, especially while sleeping, and the slight burning sensation widely noted with Reta. I'll be back tomorrow so ill update you on any weight loss progress, though I suspect I may need to start this entire research project over again after the cruise! Blood work coming up soon.

Question: Based on the ghetto reta discussion it was noted, I believe, that survo had a "smaller hit " on glp1 than Tirz. But after someone posted a Pic of the binding propensity for each of the receptors in the Elora discussion, it appears that Survo has a stronger glp1 hit than Tirz. I've been adjusting Tirz, rather than going higher on Survo. If anyone opines that this is incorrect please let me know. @eleanor , I'll update you further in a few weeks, and please let me know ur experience.

pro tip. up your tirz. 7.5 isnt that much. Survo won't kill your appetite.

@icynemby Just letting you know that Nex Survo reconned real nice and will let you know how well it works a bit later.

I got off Tirz and switched to Cagri; this way the GIP is not present and not as much strain on the bowels. It also leaves a very strong pathway open should I need it otherwise.

        Good luck!

@Eleanor , thanks, you too. @randy , thanks, I'll try that. I have been toying with 10mg Tirz, but I've been nervous to increase while stacking.

@icynemby Survo seems good. Little appetite suppression but didn't expect it. That's what the Cagri is for.

@eleanor, thanks for the update. As noted before, I need to restart this research at 10mg Tirz and 1mg Survo. I have been stalled for the last 4 weeks, but 2 of those occurred during vacay. At least I didn't gain. That's a win!!! I'm interested in Elora, but want to finish some of my Survo stock first, while I wait for a possible Black Friday sale!

@icynemby Looks like a good plan. One thing with the ghetto Reta is you hit the GLP-1 receptor with both Tirz and Survo. I’m starting to try the Loretta stack, which is Elora and Reta. This way I hit GLP-1, GIP, Glucagon and Amlyn for a quad punch. I was considering Tirz with Elora as a EloraTZP stack, but wanted the added benefit of hitting the Glucagon receptor.

@mikebricker What is your dose? How much do you want to lose?

@mikebricker, your plan sounds good as well. I love not hitting double receptors. I'm looking foward to reading how your research goes!

Interesting. I'm going for Semi/Cagri after Survo. Depending upon how it's working, I might drop the Cagri after a while and stick with Semi.

@mmp I’m at 5mg Tirz and 1.5mg Reta. I went from 202# to 175# and am stuck on way to 165#.
I don’t want to increase either the Reta (resting HR increases) and more double tapping GLP-1 and GIP doesn’t make sense.
So I’ll drop the Tirz, keep the Reta and add in Elora mainly for food noise and appetite control. Reta kinda sucks at the GLP-1 part of its job with appetite control and food noise, but great GIP for insulin sensitivity and the glucagon benefits.
