If you could ask every vendor to make one piece of information easier to find, what would it be?

Batch-specific reports? Clear shipping terms? Contact details? An explanation of how testing is handled? Something else?

Tell us what information you look for and why it helps you evaluate a vendor. You can answer without naming a company.

One useful detail is enough to contribute.

It'd be a pipe dream, but how batches/lots are tracked. Not necessarily the COAs, but how they group and track things to make sure things are verified.

What all testing labs they are using for testing and the current shipping batch. After the last uproar reg COAs and vendors hopping labs from batch to batch, many have indeed moved to clearly display current batch but some still don't do that.

Put the COA on the product page. Don't make me navigate away from the product page to hunt for it in a library.

@alwayslooking Most vendors I shop with do that.

            Maybe old grandpa vendors don't.

Exactly! There should be a link to the PDF and a Link to the report at the labs url.

To me "we will email you a COA" is code for standby while I alter a PDF.
