retatutride initial dosage and time to feel effects
-
hi, I just started reta, 0.5mg about 7h ago, when should I start feeling the effects, even the side effects?
If I don't in a few days, should I up my dose to 1mg or even more, or should I wait another week at the current dose?
Thanks to everyone in advance. -
Low and slow is the game here. It peaks in your system at 24 hours and sticks around for weeks. It stacks. Dont just add more because you arent feeling it yet.
You are trying to slowly introduce this to avoid side effects. Follow the weekly protocol and dose escalation. It's a marathon not a race.

yeah. what the above replies said. i went by the clinical dosing/titration. in hindsight i should have stayed testing at 2. bumped up to 4. subject lost more weight and had literally zero signs of hunger throughout the week. but had more noted side effects in the gastro department. everyone talks about carbs and protein but these vials should come with a package of carb smart tortillas for your test subect. oh and when they tell you to have the subject drink a gallon of water a day. i feel like thats now a minimum. just from my experience im not telling you how to test or whatever im still learning yalls jargon

Agree, patients and baby steps. On my first Reta vial I started w .5mg on my first week. I felt it right away within my first the week. Second and third week I titrated to 1mg. Fourth I titrated to 2mg. My goal was to eventually max 4mg. I had to dialed it down because I started to feel allodynia. Lesson here is find your sweet spot. With enough hunger to supplement a heathy diet of protein at the center of your meal to prevent muscle loss. Find your sweet spot, mine still is 1mg of Reta and 1mg of MOTs-C and NAD+ daily or every other day.
