I'm a big fan of Dr Trevor Bachmeyer on Youtube and he suggests taking them all separately, the biggest being GHK CU. The copper peptide is very dominant and can dramatically mute the effects of the other peptides so he recommends separating that injection by itself and by at least 20 minutes. I am currently using BPC 157 daily and TB 500 twice a week. I am fairly new still to peptides myself so I'm no expert either.

Also, I have not experienced itchiness from BPC or TB, but that GHK definitely is a stinger and doesn't feel good! LOL I am going to take Randy the research rats advice and dilute my mixture with a higher amount of BAC. Currently it's fairly concentrated so I think watering it down will definitely help.

A little off topic but its good to always know who's telling you what to put in your body and how to do it.

Former Chiropractor "Doctor" Trevor Bachmeyer charges hundreds of dollars for bottles of peptides he sources from China for 8 dollars with non existent testing.

His license was revoked by the California Board of Chiropractic Examiners following numerous complaints, including "allegations of insurance fraud, charging for services not rendered, and being on probation for scamming patients."

Some interesting info about his cheating in crossfit can be found here -

Mixing your peptides is a big topic and one i have researched alot.

In my opinion Blends would not have been made if they dont work.

Also some peptides work synergistic together so i feel that they can be mixed in the same syringe.

I have done all of the above, and realized that for me its faster to have my peptides in each individual pen and control the dose.

But yeah i do understand that some just want reduce how many injections they do but its sorta of a hassle to mix them all up, so for me its faster to just pin separately.

Now i do have a process for GHK-CU and that one I draw to a syringe, and then fill with bac then swap the needle and shoot.

I also sometimes mix bpc, ghk-cu and the remainder in bac and the bpc helps with the burn.

@Randy Hi Jeff, you are amazing with all your content and what you have put together. Your presentations on Youtube have been so informative and I will post your stickers proudly. I just filtered and loaded my first 2 pens that I just received in 2 days, last night with BCP157 and Epitialon.
I wanted to say that pushing Trevor down doesn’t look good to me. I respect what I understand is your 15 years of researching with Randy…Your post reminded me of the doctors who stood against the MRNA and all the news did is attacked them personally instead of addressing the facts. I will never get injected with that! My understanding is all research peptides are sourced from China India…and injecting a foreign body into our bodies seems a little sketchy. Your research is top notch and advice is AMAZING. As this is research, I appreciate everyone who contributes to making our rats “the best they can be” and having discernment is key.
The V2 was much better for me as the little bubble on the skin surface injections were so lame as a newbe. Keep up the great work and I have a few more things in my cart as I am starting this journey with your help.
                Thanks!

@beachfun Are we talking about that Chriopractor who lost his license to practice, and got caught cheating on fitness tests? I can't even watch that guy; all he does is yell, rant, and talk about how he's helping his family while promoting his $ 250,000-a-year service. That dude is not looking out for anyone but himself, and the fact that he can't even practice chiropractics in California and was forced to move to Texas makes me think he doesn't even care about his patients or viewers. This space needs better influences. Trevor is not one of them.

I get it…a friend shared one of his videos to me and it opened up my eyes to peptides. I am enjoying the knowledge I am getting from many who are willing to share their experiences. I definitely won’t be buying his blackcard as it seems I found a great community here.
I am enjoying my pen experience much better and filtering just seems right. Thanks

@beachfun this community is to talk freely and say as you wish with out censorship.

Jeff has all the right to say what he feels wether you like it or not.

                      Its very simple…

Hey Jeff I disagree, and move on…

If you want to be the lawyer for Trevor and defend him “ IN THIS COURT YOU WILL LOOSE”

Thrust me when im saying that Jeff knows exactly why he is say what he’s saying.

Back on topic, the Wolverine blend 50/50 worked great. I was researching 2mg of the 50/50 blend (1mg of each) every other day, with 1mg of BPC-157 on the other days. I started at half that for the first week, did 4 weeks, and feel great after.

@Bobbish Thanks for sharing! My wife sees me poaking myself so much and is concerned. I was considering the Klow or Glow for a one stop shop experience in the future but wasn’t sure how well those mixed peptides work. I did notice the TD500 helped with deep sleep on its own.

@beachfun I have been using Tirz (5 mg weekly), CJC/Ipa, and GLOW for the past couple months. I started last august with sermorelin and Wolv stack. I’ve lost 30 lbs(about target), most of my soreness has gone away, I can work out harder, and people tell me I look great and 10 years younger. When you’re pushing 60 and your knees and shoulders don’t hurt all that time, that is as close to magic as you can get.

I also work out regularly, take a small pile of supplements, creatine, and try to hit 1 gram protein/lb daily. I don’t have a problem using blends and they seem to be effective.

FWIW, while these can help on their own, I think lifestyle changes are key to really maximizing your results.

@beachfun hes not throwing rocks, he’s bringing receipts..

Have you been to the Elitebiogenix website?

                                Any COAs?????

                                Were is the transparency????

Even though peptide companies could fake everything, however Jeff is doing the best he can to show transparency.

If that’s throwing rocks, then I throw boulders.

In the end thats what this community is for….

No I haven’t…Ive used Simple Peptides and now thanks to Jeff Coastal and today Southern Aminos as they seemed to be the only ones to have SS31. I am very grateful for the wisdom Ive already learned here and good vendors in this gray market with awesome discounts.
Diego, it’s interesting that you first write that this is a community to speak freely without censorship then write to me that IN THIS COURT YOU WILL LOSE! So, just curious, as I am new here; do I have a right to say what I want? Or should I expect your boulders to always coming my way?

@Bobbish A friend sent me a couple Youtube shares. I had a hard time listening to those rants and learned to fast forward to the information. I am new to all this and I have shared information about peptides but from a doctor who was sick and they were the thing that saved his life not pharmaceutical. My dad just died following those protocols Peptides critic came up only because I watched those videos of Trevor. I am 3 weeks into this journey and was hoping to research here. I get it that Jeff has some discernment about Trevor and wants to warn us. Obviously, I am here to learn from those that want to share their research experiences and I am very grateful for what Randy has gone through for us.
I prefer to hear why peptides can be mixed in the same shot like who researched what and why, which ones, etc.
I only shared what Jeffs comments about Trevor reminded me of during covid when doctors were trying to speak of anything but the clot shot.
Can we now go back to researching because I feel amazing since starting peptides…

My discernment with Trevor is how he misrepresents his expertise. A specific recent one is using bpc forever...there's a very good chance that will lead to a malignancy. Give Jay Campbell a look. He is a salesmen but hes been in this space walking the walk longer then I've legally been allowed to buy beer.

Right now we are having tests done by AFI on the degradation of GLP and MOTS-C refrigerated and unrefrigerated. Once this is done a month and a half ill send him a few kits and get bpc, tb4 and wolverine tested separately before and after recon to see what actually happens to the peptide chains in a clinical setting. Who knows... Trevor could be right?

"If it doesnt come in a needle. It doesn't work"
