One of the times I don't have any hands on info with this one. Ive read so many differing protocols and delivery methods.

Id love to know when you figure it out what you find in your research!

Yeah doing the research and VERY VERY interested in this protocol.

Ive read once you open the ampule you dont want to store it.

Probably the complete ampule and then see if 20-30days. Once i get all the data I will report

I've been researching a cognitive stack for a few weeks now... Going to implement this after my midochondrial/metabolic stack finishes. What I've put together so far is:

          P21
This is a synthetic version of Cerebrolysin that doesn't have to be injected intra-muscular (OUCH!)
This triggers neuroregenerative effects and structual repair . Kinda like an SS-31 for your brain I think.

          N-Acetyl Semax Amidate (NASA)
(Not traditional Semax) An enhanced version of Semax that is more stable, lasts longer, and crosses the blood brain barrier more easily. Has a much longer half life (8-12hr vs 3-4 hours for Semax). Boosts BDNF (fertilizer for your brain), protects from oxidative stress.

ALTERNATIVELY Adamax: This is an even more powerful version of Semax, yet its likely that hair loss effects would be worse due to the hightened BDNF production. More on this below.

Alpha-GPC: 300-600mg pill. The fuel for your brain engine. Ensures good Choline levels which is fuel for brain and storing memories.

Selank - produces a steady focus and improves memory. Also helps balance any edgyness from P21 or NASA/Adamax

Here's a breakdown including 2 more to help balance/counter the side effects of this stack:

P21 | Repairs Structure | The "renovator"—it provides the growth factors to repair and build new neurons.
Semax | Assists Signaling | The "manager". It tells the brain to work faster and increases focus/alertness.
Selank | Stability | The "buffer". It manages stress and anxiety, ensuring the "manager" doesn't get overwhelmed.
Alpha-GPC | Brain Fuel | This provides the raw choline needed to power the increased brain activity.
GHK-Cu (Injected SQ) | Hair protector | more BDNF causes temp hair thinning. This helps counteract tjat.
DUO Hair Growth Serum | GHK-Cu and Zinc-Thymulin | A topical treatment to significantly counter hair thinning effects of more BDNF. This is VERY important if using Adamax instead of NASA!

          Morning (8:00 AM)
          NASA 100mcg – 200mcg (1 spray) Provides "locked-in" focus and mental energy.
Alpha-GPC 300mg – 600mg Provides the choline "fuel" for the NASA focus.
          P21 (SQ) 250mcg – 500mcg Inject into belly fat. Promotes long-term neurogenesis.

          Mid-Day
(1:00 PM) Selank 100mcg – 300mcg "Smoothes out" the NASA edge and manages afternoon stress.

          Evening
          (9:00 PM) GHK-Cu (SQ) 1mg – 2mg Systemic repair. Inject into a different site than P21.
DUO Serum 1 Dropperful Apply to scalp/thinning areas; massage in for 1 min.

PRL-8-53 and Dihexa. Go down that rabbit hole. I cycle dihexa and rip PRL regularly. Less "ums" in my youtube video the more PRL ive blasted.

@Trey-Allen i pin myself daily so in my delts i do NAD, Glutathione and Testosterone with a 1/2” 29-30g needle, i dont feel it.

Did deep on the but for many years and that creates scarring so I rotate on my delts.

I do around 5-6 day and night SQ so im a whoopy cushion

@Randy I have the lyophilized version from a Chinese source and have been trying to figure out the proper use protocol. Best I have come across is reconstituting it with 4ml of BAC and then using it IM at 1-2ml a day for like 10-20. Not tried it as of yet. Was hoping to get some others input before I took the leap!

thats exactly what all research companies are selling. The chinese source being discussed in here.

@Trey-Allen Do you notice a difference between Alpha-GPC and Citicoline? I am curious to hear other people's experiences because it's significant for me with CDP Choline being on top.
Also, you can order Cerebrolysin directly from Harbin? Wut?? Teach me plz🙏
I was going to order today along with some Dihexa but decided to keep shopping around for the BEST source/vendor.
Was hoping this topic was updated. My brain could absolutely, unequivocally use the boost
