Gp tesa worked as advertised for me, amd they reached out to me by text to make sure I picked up my things when the post office forgot to mark them picked up. Running gp 5amino rn and its doing what it does

@icynemby it actually is a farce. There was an interview with owner of Janoshik Labs who said he has never ever once had a failed heavy metal test. Imagine how many tests he gets a day? Up to 1000s.

I had a similar experience with Genpeptides. There was a slight payment issue on my side that delayed processing but they reversed the delay by providing express shipping at no cost to me. Great communication throughout the process.

Also, when purchasing a second time form them, an incorrect mg size of tirz was sent to me, upon receiving it, I reached out to the support contact and within an hour I had received a reply and a solution for the shipping mistake, not every day you see that kind of speed to solve this situations. GenPep's klow has been really good for my rat. I'm iffy on the ghk-cu's role. But the KPV has really helped with Achilles tendon swelling after he's been on his hamster wheel for too long.

Their Father's Fay sale was GREAT! NAD price had everyone else beat! Hope they have sale again on July 4. Need to add Cartalax, and a few others and they will sell out!

100% agree. I ordered mine and just made a note that it's well above 100 degrees here daily (Phoenix). I had some BAC water in the order and was just concerned about it sitting too long in a hot truck, hot post office, hot truck, hot mailbox. They immediately responded and said it would be fine but they would upgrade my shipping to 2 day air to ease my mind. I didn't ask nor expect that. Awesome!

Among the research peptides I purchased, I ordered a 5 vial kit of GLP1-T. However, only one vial arrived. I emailed them with a picture of what I received and they responded within less than 5 minutes. They also notified me that my additional 4 vials would be shipped that day, and provided me a tracking number. They also called me to apologize and let me know they are taking action to ensure the issue doesn't happen to anyone else. I have to say their customer service and communication blew me away -- I'm not use to that level of customer support. I definitely recommend them.
