    Ran across this study today on Sema and weight loss on post menopausal women with and without HRT.
    The TLDNR version- 33% more weight loss with HRT. Time, dosage of sema, taking other medications that cause weight gain, type of HRT, etc. didn’t matter. 33% more weight loss across the board with HRT

      Very interesting! I wish I had known more about HRT when I went through that stage, it wasn't even suggested to me nor did I think any more about it. There are so many benefits w/HRT than w/o HRT.

          Very interesting! I wish I had known more about HRT when I went through that stage, it wasn't even suggested to me nor did I think any more about it. There are so many benefits w/HRT than w/o HRT.

          That's cause until a few years ago there was a war on HRT just like the current war on peptides. Anything that can make the American public healthy gets shutdown by the regulators.

          Because politicians prefer unhealthy lame population. They are easier to control, manipulate, and rule.
