I’m interested in researching with PT-141 and have heard some instances of using it mixed in a nasal solution. Does anyone have any experience or feedback with this method? I am thinking it would just be one less injection into the rat and more discrete also. Thanks!

I tried the nasal spray that was already prepared from a vendor and it did not do anything for me. Tried it a couple times and then threw it away. I am a female though so maybe it's different for men

The molecular weight of PT-141 is larger than 500 daltons, making it ineffective as a nasal spray. Molecular weights 300 and under work best when no carrier for absorption is used. Molecular size is mentioned on page 18 of 21 on this pdf.

@anthony did you have any updated experience with the PT-141? I've tried 3 separate instances sub-q (500mc and twice at 1mg) and nada...absolutely zero response it seemed

I've never used the product, but the amount of anecdotal evidence I've come across bashing the nasal as useless is so overwhelming that I find it 100% convincing.

Pt-141 is basically the same as melanotan-2 - a 7-aa-ring-shaped peptide. It might make it really hard to be absorbed that way.
