    I never thought about doing Pinealon through a nasal spray. Whats everyones experience on nasal spray vs. injection for Pinealon?

    @iMemphis18 My Pinealon just arrived this morning and I need time to put it in a nasal, but thats my plan as I want it for sleep.

    I don't have the sanitation supplies on hand, so I'm going to boil the glass for 10 minutes and then take what little alcohol I do have and sanitize the sprayer.

    If anyone has better guidance, please chime in. This is my first time converting to nasal.

      Hey folks 👋

      Well i done Penealon 2 different ways and i will give you my opinion.

      Penealon is not like a peptide you feel or get a reaction like a flushing sensation, it helps reset your circadian rhythm.

      Epitalon or disp at night and Penealon at 7am.

      Go outside and get 10m of sunlight or a 10k lux light.

      Once you anchor your circadian rhythm, then your sleep will get better.

      The time you go to sleep helps anchor that but most importantly is the wake up time, yeah sounds weird but ppl didn’t have alarm clocks in the Roman days, you went to sleep and woke up at the same time everyday.

      So consistency is your best friend here.

            Pinealon research timing seems to have diverging opinion.

            Some say morning, some say night, LLM app says either time depending on what research benefits one wants to explore.

            What's the truth?

                My chupacabra actually started pinealon this morning, I have always heard to run pinealon in the morning at 400mcg per day, and run epitalon at night at 400mcg 30 to 60 minutes before bed, the chupacabra has never run both at the same time, but I know people that have done that with their research subjects and they said it actually made it harder for their research participants to sleep, thats just word of mouth though, take it how you want to. Just to be clear I agree with Randy, none of this stuff works unless it is administered through an injection, ill go a step further also, you can buy 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner but the facts say its better use individually, that standard reigns true throughout this so called reality, stop being lazy, you arent getting a deal on blends, timing is off, get hemorrhoid cream to mitigate the pain of injections

                    @Stan-Douglas I haven't researched pinealon, but I have been on DSIP for the last 2 weeks with a peptide pen compliments of Jeff and Randy. At first I noticed nothing, however the past week and a half after the first few days has been some of the best sleep of my life. I am a horrendous sleeper and have tried basically everything over the counter and prescription and was starting to reach out to "the fringes" before I started this. I still take my sleep medication but now it keeps me asleep more than 3 to 4 hours and I have had a deeper more restful sleep. Anyway, for what that's worth to someone out there.
                    Started on two units via a pen needle x 3 days about an hour before I wanted to start winding down. Currently on three units qhs and holding strong.

                      I'm a week into a nasal spray of Pinealon and I take it roughly 30-60min before bed. I'm sleeping better, but not sure about improved REM or deep sleep since I don't have the means to track that. So I think it works, but nothing special. I'd probably put it on par with taking a magnesium capsule. The other thing I have noticed and it could be totally unrelated is that a few of the mornings I have woken up to a very minor headache. I stress minor. I'll try mornings starting tomorrow to see if that changes anything.
