    @WowwyZowwy
    No help at all.
    For me, doesn't mean it won't work for you.
    I'm just broken sleep cycle-wise 😖

        Okay I'll tell you guys my experience. I'm the kind of rat that needs a milligram of dsip, trazodone or something heavier to actually go to sleep and stay asleep. I blame over a decade of traveling to developing countries for my other job and a love for cheese.

        I've done many cycles of epithalon And it really didn't do much for me. Fast forward to pinealon and that changed everything. I went from having restless nights to having dreams for the first time in years. My sleep tracking showed significant improvements as well. I started at 200 micrograms but when I cranked it to 2 mg a night that's when it got really good. Anytime I run it it's 2 mg a night for for 30 days. But I've seen some have success with 400 micrograms a night for 30 days.

        I haven't touched it in a while. I'm still sleeping well. I'll touch it again late August I'm sure
        ... I might have five kits of 20 mg bottles in the freezer.

        @Randy Sounds similar to my experience, didnt get much from Epitalon solo at 1 mg a night, but next stack I did 2 mg Pinealon in the morning with 1 mg Epitalon at night and my restless nights from 3-8 am and lower REM sleep improved dramatically, super vivid dreams and doubled my REM and sleep scores improved/

          I am going to get some Pinealon for my hubby’s rat. His goal is to sleep half as good as I do naturally, lol. I already have some DSIP and Epitalon, but we haven’t researched either yet.

              I don’t. I sleep like it is my job! My hubby wakes up often.

                @jackiee What I also do is note next day agendas in a note pad. So I don't have to hold on and can let go when I sleep. I know we are all stressed out and concerned with our work, home, our country and world events. But we definitely need our rest to repair and reboot even with the right pep.

                  I don’t think that he is stressed, really. He is just a very light sleeper, whereas I am dead to the world when my head hits the pillow.

                    @EXTROPIAN For me, it's about Rem and Deep after Pinealon I am in Rem for at least half of the time. I was barely getting an hour of REM before and minutes of deep. I slept, but it wasn't repair and reboot sleep. I started slow and quickly ramped to 2 mg, and that's where I saw the difference. DSIP has done nothing for me in terms of sleep scores. It may be helping me get to sleep sooner I am not sure.

                      @jackiee I as well. Im active and wide awake as longest I am on my feet. As soon as I settle and get confortable I am out. I do miss those lazy weekends were you could sleep all day without a worry. The only thing I taken was melatonin a few times, more out of curiosity. Having to sleep a few hours and feel you slept all night was an experience.
