Can someone recommend a Cartalax manufacturer in China or India?

Do you mean a supplier? From everything I've read around Cartalax, it's manufactured in Russia but has Global distributors/suppliers.

I got mine from Glacier, but Mile High is good too. If you want a blend, Mile and Ion both have the Wolverine 2.0 which is BPC / TB / Cartalax.
