I hadn't had a problem with shipping until recently with a couple of orders. Both via UPS. I was expecting a delivery yesterday, the package arrived at the site location 3 miles from my house on 4/20 evening. First update, will arrive 4/21 AM, didn't arrive. Then received an update, will be delivered 4/22 am, still no package, last night's alert, your delivery has been rescheduled to 4/27 told me to contact the sender with any issues (that made me roll my eyes). Putting the problem onto the Sender instead of owning it, ugh
Time before that, they routed to the wrong state, took an additional week to deliver.
Meanwhile, I'm patiently waiting impatiently for my order! lol
