As a first-time customer, my experience has been disappointing. I’ve sent general inquiries regarding shipping and order updates and have received no responses at all. Not just delayed replies—no communication whatsoever.

For a new customer, this creates a poor first impression and makes it difficult to trust the process. Basic communication and customer support should be a priority, especially when customers are simply trying to get updates on their orders.

I hope this is addressed, because it significantly impacts confidence and overall customer experience.

Sorry you had a disappointing experience, that is frustrating. Normally, they are very responsive, at least in my experience.

Can you provide more info on what happened? I have ordered from them a few times and my order was shipped that day and received within 3 days. They practically spammed me with order processing and shipping updates.

Did you place an order that hasn’t shipped and they are not responding?

Nothing but positive experiences over multiple orders here as well. Shipped out in 3 days or less with tracking. Interesting catalog with some nice niche items.
