I agree with you. I was thinking more on the lines of he should be made aware and give you a discount for the underfills. I'm guessing this happens more than we think. Someone else had sent theirs out for testing and came back with different results as well, but it was an overfill, which impacts. Especially with peps like VIP being so strong and powerful

@alohayall in what way? Thats interesting I have emailed a bunch about different stuff and gotten responses right away mostly the same day. I haven’t recently so maybe something has changed

I agree. When I had test results come back 30% lower than their test results I emailed Cain. My email started off with “I am not looking for my money back or a reship” cain never replied, even after multiple emails…

@Commander Weird. My questions have not been about problems, though more product questions on COA's and asking them to clarify stuff. He has always responded.

Yep he didn’t respond to me… The Test was by Freedom. Now Freedom could have been wrong, but no response by Cain is not very comforting… Then of course you have all Jano Cult saying “It is impossible for any other lab in the world to test correctly, Jano is the only one that can do it right”…
If Cain responded to me, I would have simply said pick a lab in the US and I will send and pay to have it tested again. And considering I never ask for a reship or money back, I think it is pretty fair.. -

And considering I never ask for a reship or money back, I think it is pretty fair..@Commander I don’t think he has a lot of faith in the US labs that popped up and continue to pop up in small office complexes. I pretty much don’t either after doing a bunch of research and talking to researchers at the university level. Perfect example look at Mots-C on Nexaph it came in at 97pct from Jano. They disclosed it and Jano had that finding. They gave a discount as a result. Of late that is a first and gives me confidence in both of them. They didn’t get caught and then react they disclosed it up front.
