Blew out canister

Last night I went to fill a new canister for my husband’s Reta. I used the venting needle, but it still exploded the bottom stopper out? It acted like the time that I forgot to vent. Anyone ever have this happen?

Which vendor did you get the carts from? I received a batch of Ks-Tek carts recently and they were all junk. One of them gave me this exact issue

@jackie idk maybe too much liquid i was loading a cartridge this evening and had to inject the last lil bit so i wouldnt blow out the plunger or waste it

Normally, Ibtjink I would have noticed earlier. But I did it just before bed and I was very tired. I had the 3 littlest grands yesterday and last night. We played hard! lol. Note to self: don’t mess with this stuff when tired

Sorry to hear this. Same thing was going to happen to me but thankfully i stopped and reinserted the venting needle.
