So personally I don’t really believe Cain’s answer to you… That little amount of dust in some of those vials compared to the others.. come on.
Clearly you are not going to use them (I mean hopefully you are not) I know not many people are fond of Finnrick, but what do you have to loose, send one in to them for testing.

@Commander I agree…send it in for testing to document your concerns. Nexaph site guarantees 99% purity and I assume the mass too. Unfortunately you may have to prove your case then get justice. So far I like Nexaph

What justice? We buy at our own risk. Wanting a refund, really? I didn’t ask for a refund or any credit or jack shit when my test results came back different than Nexaph.
We are buying stuff on the internet… from people we don’t know. If someone gets burned, they get burned. The only point of testing is to see if you got what you paid for before injecting it into yourself.
The only reason to post results is to warn other people if there may be a potential problem. If your test results come back the same as the vendor’s, there is no point in posting them. The only thing that would do is make some people all happy so they can tell themselves they got what they paid for. But those same people will whine if you post results that aren’t what they want to see.
Hence the reason I no longer share my test results. I am sending everything I buy out for testing. I will know if I got what they said I got. If it comes back different, then so be it. No use telling the vendor or posting the results just to hear people whin because it isn’t wast they wanted to see.
A few people whining because results aren’t what they wanted to hear is enough for people to not want to deal with it at all and not share their results.

Please excuse my typos. Small Phone & Bad Eyes

@Commander I get it! I appreciate VERY MUCH that you share your results brother!!! We can’t let snowflakes control our freedoms to speak our research. Please don’t stop! I appreciate reading what you write on this platform, and just want to encourage you to continue to share. I actually have had success getting gray research vendors to give me a replacement or refund. That is why I like to pay with only a credit card. My go to line is “as a good customer will you offer me a one time refund without admitting any wrongdoing or a replacement “.
Try the honey approach and you may be surprised, especially when you have documentation supporting your position. I hope that brings you peace and that I am grateful for your efforts and sharing of your results.
        Happy Jabbing 😊

@beachfun Thanks for the line to use - much better than some I can think of using at times. Will probably try to use it in the future.

@Commander I never heard back about your frustration but I am finding some good vendors on this space that seem to want to build a good reputation and customer service. Yes it is on the internet but so is Amazon.
I just find if I communicate like I want to help them do better like a partner goes so much farther then accusation or anger which puts them instantly on the defensive.

@burner1 Thank you for your response... Great suggestion and I did just that to give them the benefit of the doubt 2 days ago - I don't like posting about an interaction without giving the vendor a chance first to respond.

Bottom line for me: I will not use Nexaph ever again - there are plenty of other vendors I've had great experience with like: Flawless Compounds, AtomikLabz, Puratek, and others (1 and done for me with this vendor) - customer service was lacking to say the least and somewhat deceiving advertising. For those interested - story/communication to follow.

Here was Cain's 1 and only response to my first outreach 2 days ago:

                "Hi Matthew,

The N-Acetyl Semax / Selank Amidate blend is currently heavily discounted on our website (MATT: 20% is not "heavily" discounted - and even if free the inconsistency calls into question the quality of a product I'm considering injecting into my Rat) — the appearance of the lyophilized puck is cosmetically unappealing (MATT: fine, but what about also EXTREMELY INCONSISTENT in appearance between vials - what I have never seen from a batch like this before).

During the freeze-drying process, this batch was over-dried, which caused the puck to shrink significantly in size. However, we held the batch from release until third-party testing results were received to confirm that the peptide content and quality were fully within specification.

You can review the third-party test results here:
                https://verify.janoshik.com/tests/122881-NAcetyl_SemaxSelank_Blend_10mg10mg_Transparent_RedRed_63RKPDLGMRAY

Please keep in mind that the actual peptide content is very small by mass and can be difficult to visibly assess with the naked eye (MATT: you mean I need a microscope to see the contents?), but the active peptide is present in the vial (MATT: yes the hand picked vial you sent to be tested) as verified by testing." -Cain

Not satisfied with his answer. I sent a follow-up email with 2 pictures:

"Thanks so much for getting back to me. I am including 2 pictures so that you can see what I'm seeing. A picture is worth a 1000 words. I come from a manufacturing background and I can tell you that consistency is everything in determining quality.

I have no doubt that whatever vail(s) you tested may have come back just fine. However, in no world should these 10 vials from the same batch contain a large difference in material from vial to vial which obviously they do. They are not at all consistent." -crickets was the response

Emailed again today - nothing. I had not ever used Nexaph before but based on glowing reviews here and elsewhere. I thought I'd give them a shot. Granted they alluded to the puck size being small in their listing - ok fine BUT DID NOT DISCLOSE the puck sizes would vary considerably within the same batch and to not expect a consistent puck size when received. I am not impressed at all with the handling of this and won't be using them in the future. BUYER BEWARE. As Jeff consistently states here, vendors are great until they're not. It is not unreasonable of me (or anyone) to expect the puck sizes (which is the actual material I'll be injecting in my Rat) to be consistent within a batch even if they are small and in need of a microscope to see. The inconsistency between vials of the same batch makes me question the product inside any vial from this company.

Anyway, I would be happy to talk to others and their experience (where do I go to discuss with others specific to Nexaph?) because mine has been less than stellar as a new customer of theirs. Cain did not address the inconsistent size whatsoever with me, did not disclose that on his website, and is hiding from the question because the batch I paid for has obviously something going on with it that is very inconsistent. I would not have purchased the product to begin with had their been full disclosure on their website.

Something perhaps like, "The vials that you'll be receiving from this batch have completely inconsistent material when viewed with the naked eye from vial to vial, in fact, in order to see the microscopic material in some of the vials you'll need a microscope perhaps from a National Lab but trust us for the 20% discount you get - the 1 vial we hand picked and sent to the lab tested great even though the vials you'll be getting don't look so good. Frankly, mistakes happen and someone completely f@#ked up the production run on this batch so instead of eating the costs ourselves for a complete loss we're offering it to the public. Happy researching!" Foolish me for taking a chance on this vendor.

Yes, I know I can test a vial but then not every vial presents the same which gives me no confidence that each and every vial would test the same so I'd be throwing good money after bad at this point. But perhaps to set my mind at ease I should...

@matthewwalsh Cain disclosed this on the website before you bought it. You bought it anyway.

No, that is WRONG! Did not disclose that the pucks were completely inconsistent in quality from one vial to another.

piture 1 nexaph blend too low.jpeg

That is not what was disclosed. I expected "small pucks" consistent across 10 vials which is what was alluded to in their notice. Having wildly different fill levels across 10 vials was NEVER disclosed and I would not have purchased the kit if it were disclosed. So, I was deceived. I will NEVER purchase from Nexaph ever again - 1 and done for me.

One more thing because I believe people aught to know about Nexaph... I purchased from Nexaph (before knowing Nex to nothing about them) based almost entirely on their outstanding comments on this forum. And I was very excited to do so. I saw a kit that I liked with a disclaimer saying "This batch of N-Acetyl Selank/Semax Amidate Blend (10mg/10mg) has visibly shrunken lyophilized pucks. This is a cosmetic issue only..." OK - fine I thought expecting all 10 pucks would each be consistently "shrunken." Do the vials in the picture all look consistently "shrunken" to you? Of course not, I have ordered dozens of kits from various suppliers and at least upon visual inspection, every puck in every vial was consistent with no exception. I did not care if they were visibly shrunken but I care IMMENSELY that they are all consistent because everything we do in this pep world we try to be consistent - at least I do. Otherwise, why even test in a lab. But if a kit can not even pass a visual inspection with consistency, don't ship it.

NO WHERE was it described or stated that the "pucks" were wildly inconsistent in quality which you can visibly see from the picture and is the first step in any quality procedure - visual inspection.

Nexaph (Cain or whomever) made a decision to sell this defective product to the public - why? To cut corners or save a few bucks? Nexaph didn't have to sell these pucks but chose to. I called them on it before I posted anything. Cain threw it back in face and denied a replacement or refund because he "fully disclosed" the information on the website - that is B.S. Why not just put up a picture like I did and see how many you sell - because 0 would be the answer.

If Nexaph (Cain) is willing to treat me (or any customer) with this much contempt and arrogance by even shipping a product like this out... How do you think he'll treat you one day? Or your product one day? IMHO - this type of attitude has a way of creeping into the quality of a product or service. Generally sooner than later.

I have gained so much knowledge from this website and in a small way I just want to share my experience so you and everyone else can make a fully informed decision before purchasing product and injecting your rat.
