Verifying testing question

I’ve observed a lack of transparency regarding the 'chain of custody' for COA results, as many labs don't offer a public facing database to cross reference reports. How can I verify that a result hasn't been doctored or 'borrowed' by a vendor? I'm looking for robust validation methods beyond just reviewing the provided PDF.

I checked Vanguard Laboratory and MZ Biolabs in particular. I also seen it on a couple others in the past.

So freedom and Janoshik have verification numbers on the pdf. If you go to their website you can search those numbers and the test results come up
