If you reconstitute a 10 mg vial of tesa with 3 ml of bac then refrigerate it how long should it remain good.

@mikepinkerton Randy just did a video of degradation of 3 different peptides left out of the fridge in the dark. It looks like Tesa should not go into the fridge. Also, I did remember it is best to use a new room temperature Hospira bac water and vial same temperature. My guess would be to try and use the 10 mg vial within 10 days, kept in a cabinet at room temperature. Since Im stacking it with cjc/ipa, I want to use 1 mg everyday until it is gone.

@Neil-McCauley I just reconstituted my first vial of Tesamoreline so I better get going…I am stacking it with cjc/ipa .3mg which lasts a long time. I was going to start with 1mg per night but may tirate to the 2mg protocol I here others. Really though, as long as it doesn’t jell, I will use it. Losing potency is the biggest concern I think?
I will post what I learn next week

Yes, potency loss would be your biggest concern. Bac water remains viable 90 days, after that it degrades FAST. You really don't want that because the alcohol is what prevents bacteria growth, so definitely steer clear of that. With Tesa it's no concern because you're going to burn through it really fast anyways.

Me personally with my research I burn through GHRH/GHRP peptides after reconstitution generally within 40 days. I do NOT like the 5/2 cycles that some are advocating for, makes zero sense. You want to churn through your peptide on schedule without any breaks, then cycle off when your vial is done. This maximizes potency and minimizes bac water breakdown.

So 90 days is the absolute limit on fridged peptides, GHRH/GHRP I'd shoot for 60 max (and a 10mg bland on even a low 150/150 dose will get churned through in 40 days or less.

$ days sounds low to me. I use my reconded Test for 3 weeks. It puts me to sleep. Even at 3 weeks, it still puts me to sleep. I refrigerate it.
Maybe I am doing it wrong…

@Commander It’s my first Tesa experience…I tried a 1 mg dose this morning being Sunday and will definitely not do that again with a little tired feeling. I added some NAD+ My plan will be evening only for sleep and should stack ok with cjc/ipa. I would like to finish it in a week.

I only take Tesa/Ipa at night. Puts me to sleep in 15 minutes…
I don’t know about running CJC and Tesa at the same time, won’t they both be competing for the same receptors?

@Commander Yeah, everything I know about to the two is that it's redundant and a waste of money. Tesa is also expensive. Just run the cjc / ipa blend. If you are going to stack with reta, there is a catch I learned with my own experience. You need a longer fasting window than 3 hours. So if on reta, do your cjc / ipa in the mornings when you are fasted for 12+ hours. I noticed a difference when I went from evenings to mornings since I am on reta.

                I tried CJC/IPA, didn’t like it. I don’t like the flushing

@Commander If you are flushing, your Ipa dose is most likely too high, most don't need more than 100mcg for full effect(it has bound all the receptors it needs to), pushing up to 200 and over is overkill for most and leads to the stronger side effects.

I've found my sweet spot is 2 mcg/kg.

CJC and Tesa is redundant, same thing.

Flushing is from CJC. Lower dosage if it is too intense. Start at 100 mcg and tirate up from there. Many see great results at 150.

It definitely was not the IIPA making my flush.
                      My CJC/IPA Dose: 157mcg/167/mcg
                      My Tesa/IPA Dose: 1mg/300mcg

I have zero problems with the Tesa/Ipa.My Tesa/Ipa blend is 10/3 bottles from Nexaph.
