So, if a 60 mg vial of tirzepatide comes in a 3 ml vial. That doesn't seem like there would be enough room to add the bac water. Aren't you supposed to add 1 ml of bac water to 10 mg of the powder. How does that work?

I usually do 2.5ml to 3ml for 60mg, less I have to inject. The more bac you add the more you need to inject for dosage, ie The amount you put in changes the concentration

As Branden has shared above, it’s always best to use a calculator and then you can see how the dosage changes based on the bac you put in, very good tool to keep handy

How much are you supposed to take a week?
I think a vial of that size will go bad before you even get halfway through...

              https://community.peptidecritic.com/topic/330/tirzepatide-weekly-research-dosing-protocol

following randy protocol, Dose: 2.5 mg once weekly Weeks 1–4: Intro Phase
Weeks 5–8: Low Phase Dose: 5 mg once weekly

I think Randy just did a degradation research post about tripeptide? If I remember correctly you will only get about 60 days out of the vial once reconstituted. so throw it away after this!

I would add 2.5 ML bac water to get your starting dose of 2.5mg in 10 units one a 1ml 5-16 insulin syringe, after your first 4 weeks it would be double 20 units for 5mg dosage.

I've been taking 6 mg weekly - so that would be 10 weeks. So, not sure. Still thinking about it.

Based on my experience, it is probably fine to 3 months if you keep it refrigerated. There might be some loss of potency at the end.

Titration for tirz is usually to start at 2.5mg/week and increase by 2.5mg every month to a max dose of 15mg/week.

I am in a pickle bc I have a kit of 60mg vials but only take 3mg/week.

As always, your own sensibilities, experience, and comfort level drives what you are willing to research. If something looks funny or makes you feel funny, stop using it.

Please set a funny and sarcastic signature line. It brings me joy. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
