    As the subject states.

    If Reta exists and is the best, why does anyone buying grey still mess with sema or tirz?

    @Splinter reta doesnt calm food noise as well as tirz. Its not "better" it's different...they also documented more muscle wasting with reta towards the end of the last trial.

    Theyre both great but milage may vary

      @Bil said in If reta exists, why do you still research sema or tirz?:

      I started on Tirz in Oct, down 85lbs and hit a stall at 15mg that I've been stuck at for 2 months. Reading through the forum I saw Randy’s “ghetto” Reta stack and decided to give that a try. Going to add 2mg of Maz to see if I can break through it. Will try Reta, if all else fails but have been super happy with the Tirz.

      Have you or anyone tried Tirz + Survo stack? AI chats say Survo binds to Glucagon stronger than Reta and the latest phase 3 results I think show that although net percent weight loss might be lower Survo selectively torches fat through glucagon agonism and tends to spare muscles better. Which sounds quite good.

        @Randy Great! I started 2 weeks ago by lowering T dose and adding very small S dose. Will titrate S up slowly by keeping T the same.

        Would love to exchange notes. 🙂

            I dropped Tirz from 10mg to 4.5-5mg and added 0.4mg Survo three days from tirz shot.

            10mg tirz gave me a lot of fatigue to the extent of not being able to work.

            Cagri low dose left me feeling fatigued. It helped me get out of the tirz stall. But I stopped it after 8 weeks of finishing vial.

            I want Glucagon benefits so added Survo.

                  @flyhigh

                  I’ve been concerned / monitoring RHR in my ts, but it seems pretty stable.

                  Can you speak to how much of a % jump in RHR you saw while on Reta?

                      @Splinter Reta gives me migraines for 5 days straight with the nausea. I’ve tried Reta twice and every time migraines from hell. Tirz prevents my migraines from happening. It’s better with inflammation control and not as crazy on the nervous system as Reta. I’m at maintenance and don’t even need that much, so I’ll stay with the T
