Vendor was selling a defective product to the public with a disclaimer "visibly shrunken lyophilized pucks. This is a cosmetic issue only." That was deceiving... product kit showed up with widely inconsistent visible difference in material between the vials. We should all expect consistency in every batch we purchase - the life of our rat depends on it.
That was absolutely NOT the case with 1 batch that I purchased with this vendor. I contacted them numerous times... at first they ignored me. Then finally got back to me. I requested a refund which was denied because they said everything was disclosed on the website which was a lie.
I would caution anyone to do business with this vendor. Consistency is a must when researching. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
