    10 mg dsip diluted with 12 ml water then draw 3ml out to dilute 10 mg epi would make a dose of 60 units for 2mg of epi and 500mcg dsip .would this be a good blend to get good sleep and work on telemere repair.

      Why don't you simply try one at a time so you know what works? I'm personally not a proponent of throwing the kitchen sink at something. That's just not scientific in my world view.
