Is it normal that Penguin sells Tesamorelin in 10mg vial, but only 2mg in the vial, and seems waaaay overpriced for that? Not an accusation, but a difficult observation.

I sent Pengie an email asking them the same question and await a reply. In any case, it's my bad and I accept responsibility for not researching more thoroughly.

"It's a typo. Our 5 mg vials contain 5 mg and are 10 mg vials contain 10 mg."
